LOTTE Chemical donated about 200 ‘Pororo pop-up books’ that its employees and family members made to Baboth Children’s Hospital for Children’s Day in May.

When opening the ‘Pororo pop-up book’ the hidden characters and structures pop up out of the book and were made to arouse imagination and curiosity for young patients.

LOTTE Chemical has been sponsoring the ‘Mom Comfort Music Play’ program, which is a music class for disabled children at Bobath Children’s Hospital since 2018, and announced that it gave pop-up books to children who participated in the program.

Baek Ji Yoon, the daughter of Baek Gwang Hyeon who participated in producing the pop-up book, said, “I hope that the children at the children’s hospital will be delighted and enjoy the Pororo that I made.”

Meanwhile, LOTTE Chemical also plans to provide supplies such as school supplies in Daejeon, Yeosu, Ulsan, and Daesan where its business sites are located during Family Month of May.
