LOTTE Chemical Group announced that its employees and their family members participated in a volunteer activity by making "Molang Soap-Making" kits together.
The program was organized through GiveOn, the LOTTE Chemical Group's joint donation platform, with 100 employees from LOTTE Chemical, LOTTE Fine Chemical, LOTTE Energy Materials, and LOTTE Aluminium taking part.
Participants used soap-making kits to create handmade soap, which was then donated upon completion. The donated soaps will be delivered to vulnerable communities through nuyahaus, a facility operated by the social welfare organization Angels Haven.
A LOTTE Chemical Group representative said, "We wanted to promote the spirit of sharing through a social contribution program that employees can easily participate in as part of their daily lives. “We will continue to develop a variety of participation-based programs to help create sustainable social value," he added.
