LOTTE Chemical Donates COVID-19 Test Kits to Indonesia
 

■LOTTE Group donates 30,000 COVID-19 test kits to the Indonesian government

LOTTE Chemical donated 30,000 COVID-19 RT-PCR diagnosis kits to Indonesia's national natural disaster prevention administration (BNPB) on June 9.
 
LOTTE Group subsidiaries (LOTTE Chemical, LOTTE Shopping and LOTTE Global Logistics) and the subsidiary (LC Titan) that are currently operating in Indonesia donated $240,000 (290 million won) worth of diagnosis kits to help with the efforts to control the spread of COVID-19 in Indonesia.
 
On June 9, the handover ceremony of the diagnostic kits was attended by Kim Yong-ho, CEO of LOTTE Chemical Indonesia, Prasinta Dewi, director manager of the logistics department of BNPB and Ibnu Asur, director-general of the logistics department of BNPB, etc.
 
CEO Kim Yong-ho said in the handover ceremony, “LOTTE Group decided to donate the diagnosis kits to help the Indonesian government’s efforts to beat COVID-19 and to express our friendship with Indonesia,” while adding, “LOTTE will be your friend during times of hardships.”
